Shipping
We offer free shipping within Denmark.
Orders within the EU are shipped with UPS Worldwide for DKK 149.
Shipping is free on EU orders above DKK 1300.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Returns
You have 30 days to return your order from the date of delivery.
Return shipping costs DKK 149, which will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Claims
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method once the returned item has been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
